You understand that no matter how big or little the donation is that we at "SearchWithCharity.com" will choose how much we donate at the of each year. You understand that we can't predict the future and we can't guarantee that money will be raised at the end of each year.

You understand that SearchwithCharity.com is not a nonprofit. You understand that we are like any other search engine on the internet the only difference is we promote and donate to Charity which is voted and selected by our customers.

All Sponsored Bidders Understand that the $199 deposit will go towards credit in there Account. You also understand that we do not offer refunds. 

 

Member Account, Password and Security

You will select a password and account designation upon completing the SearchWithCharity.com's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify SearchWithCharity.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. SearchWithCharity.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

Conduct

The arbitration must be conducted in Napa, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or SearchWithCharity.com may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Napa, California, as necessary to protect the rights or property of you or SearchWithCharity.com.

You acknowledge and agree that SearchWithCharity.com may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of SearchWithCharity.com, its users and the public.
